Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RiseUp Moore Youth Football League registration and league management portal (the "Service"), operated by RiseUp Moore ("RiseUp Moore," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, registering a household, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

The Service is intended for parents, guardians, coaches, and league administrators. You must provide accurate information when creating an account or household profile. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. Household and Player Registration

When you register a household or player, you represent that you are authorized to provide the information submitted and that it is accurate and complete. You agree to keep household, guardian, and player information up to date, including contact details, emergency contacts, and required documents.

• Program eligibility is determined by league rules, age divisions, and registration windows.
• Registration does not guarantee placement on a team until confirmed by the league.
• You are responsible for reviewing program details, fees, and deadlines before completing registration.

3. Waivers, Releases, and Code of Conduct

Participation in RiseUp Moore programs may require acceptance of waivers, releases, and code of conduct agreements presented through the Service. Electronic acceptance through the portal has the same effect as a written signature where permitted by law. You agree to comply with league rules and to ensure that players under your care do the same.

4. Payments and Refunds

Registration fees and other charges are processed through our third-party payment provider. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the selected payment method for the amounts displayed at checkout. Refund and cancellation policies are determined by the applicable program and league policies in effect at the time of registration. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable once a registration is confirmed.

5. Communications

We may send transactional communications related to your account, registrations, schedules, documents, and league announcements by email and, if you opt in, by SMS text message. SMS participation requires your explicit consent. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel text messages or HELP for assistance. 6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems without authorization.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its security features.
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, software, logos, and content provided by RiseUp Moore, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service except as necessary for your personal, non-commercial use of league registration and participation features.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RiseUp Moore disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RiseUp Moore and its officers, directors, volunteers, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to RiseUp Moore through the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RiseUp Moore from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or submission of inaccurate or unauthorized information.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the league, its participants, or the integrity of the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be brought in the courts located in Cleveland County, Oklahoma, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
